I love to give them at least one "rock"... someone who has an "You're great!" for every single "I'm worthless."Dianahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00950934503254500613noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4170828505844723150.post-44371336024989149252011-04-19T04:36:38.252-07:002011-04-19T04:36:38.252-07:00Sound diagnosis, Doc.Your writing makes good readi...Sound diagnosis, Doc.

Your writing makes good reading.Stephen Pagehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09799157512641252014noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4170828505844723150.post-12987649859429022322011-04-19T04:35:48.153-07:002011-04-19T04:35:48.153-07:00Sound diagnosis, Doc.Your writing makes good readi...Sound diagnosis, Doc.

Your writing makes good reading.Stephen Pagehttp://grouppenbabookreviews.blogspot.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4170828505844723150.post-8578631281952798102011-04-18T21:10:59.043-07:002011-04-18T21:10:59.043-07:00What a great idea for a blog! I did the Meyers/Brigg personality tests for my heroes once, but that's the deepest I got into their heads. ;)Lindsayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07955277387824031696noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4170828505844723150.post-13714959367517490782011-04-18T19:56:44.514-07:002011-04-18T19:56:44.514-07:00Its kinda fun, or maybe a little worrisome that ea...Its kinda fun, or maybe a little worrisome that each post you put about different physcology terms it is easy to see some of these things in my own personal life- maybe it was a good thing I didn't go into physcology or I might have diagnosed myself so much into a nut head or something. :) It is interseting to see these different things in people all around especially in stories.Whitney and Michaelhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03903056174548031101noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4170828505844723150.post-21787774985046139982011-04-18T18:56:15.755-07:002011-04-18T18:56:15.755-07:00These are some great comments. I think it is so important to look at the stories we have read and look at the characters and their traits/schemas to see how we can use them in our own stories. Thanks for the comments.Josh Hoythttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01256754228034053632noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4170828505844723150.post-24405533523916598222011-04-18T18:37:48.956-07:002011-04-18T18:37:48.956-07:00There was a book I read a few years ago, I can'...There was a book I read a few years ago, I can't remember the name of it, but the MC exhibited these traits. Initially I thought it was interesting, but when nothing changed, it became a drag to the story. So in this case, it didn't help.Lynda R Younghttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09975442291393246148noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4170828505844723150.post-13231957943235519352011-04-18T17:32:34.645-07:002011-04-18T17:32:34.645-07:00Seems most traditional fairy tales have characters...Seems most traditional fairy tales have characters suffering under these schemas, although they usually rise above it by staying sweet and lovely. (Yes, that is his name. :P) He never really "fit in" with anyone he knew and instead hides away by using his computer and keeping to his own projects. The Golden Eaglehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08721520451194318436noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4170828505844723150.post-23899378024170913542011-04-18T11:39:00.468-07:002011-04-18T11:39:00.468-07:00Interesting as usual. In the beginning of the first book he compares himself to all of those around him and sees that he has a lot lacking when it comes to attention span and normality in his life. It isn't until her learns more about himself and his past that he starts to feel like he belongs somewhere. Even after he gets to the camp he feels isolated from the other campers because of his parentage. Eventually it all works out but you can really feel his isolation.Emilyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13016973541553233943noreply@blogger.com
